Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
To delete your account:

  1. Open the Spanday PRO mobile app

  2. Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Profile

  3. Confirm your request

Once the request is confirmed, your account and all related data (including bookings, clients, and services) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Please note that certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).

Children's Privacy

Our Service may attract children under the age of 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and comply with applicable laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant regulations.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to promptly remove that information from our servers.

Subscriptions and Billing

Our app offers access to paid features via auto-renewable subscription plans, which are processed exclusively through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android). We do not directly collect or store your credit card or banking details.

Payment Processing

All subscription payments are handled by Apple or Google, depending on your device. Payment information provided at the time of purchase is managed by these platforms according to their own privacy policies:

Subscription Management

Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time in their App Store or Google Play account settings. Auto-renewal can be turned off in the same settings area at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Data Collection for Subscription Services

While we do not collect or process payment details, we may retain metadata about your active subscription, such as:

  • Subscription plan type

  • Subscription status (active/inactive)

  • Expiration date

  • Associated account ID

This data is used solely to provide and manage access to the appropriate features of the app and to offer support.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds, if any, are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.

Subscription Data and Retention

When you purchase a subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play, we may receive limited non-sensitive metadata associated with your subscription. This may include the subscription plan type, transaction date, renewal status, and expiration date. We do not receive or store your full payment details, such as your credit card number.

We use this data solely to verify your access to paid features, provide customer support, and manage your subscription status within the app.

This data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain subscription-related metadata only for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill the purposes described above. If you delete your account or cancel your subscription, this data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention policies.
